§ 1297.152

Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 23, Sec. 1. Effective March 7, 1988.

Where the mandate of an arbitrator terminates, a substitute arbitrator shall be appointed according to the rules that were applicable to the appointment of the arbitrator being replaced.
