§ 3080.18

Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 600.
(a)Any sale of which notice is delivered or mailed and published as provided in this chapter and which is held as provided in this chapter is a public sale.
(b)Any public sale may be postponed from time to time by public announcement at the time and place last scheduled for sale.
(c)The lienholder may purchase the livestock at a public sale.
