§ 1812.98

Added by renumbering Section 1812.97 (as added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 439) by Stats. 2006, Ch. 538, Sec. 49. Effective January 1, 2007. Note: Section 1812.97 is in Title 2.55, which follows this section.

Nothing in this title is intended to prohibit month-to-month contracts. This section is declaratory of existing law.
