§ 232

Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 654, Sec. 1. (AB 23) Effective October 11, 2017. Inoperative July 1, 2031. Repealed as of January 1, 2032, pursuant to Section 232.6.

The Legislature finds and declares that there are existing single gender schools and classes in California that may assist the state in evaluating whether or not single gender education aligned with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. Sec. 1681 et seq.) is beneficial to pupils.
