§ 17267

Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 19, Sec. 1. (AB 111) Effective June 27, 2017.

The governing board of a school district shall, before letting any contract for the construction of a school building as defined in Section 17283 according to the plans and specifications, file a set of the plans and specifications with the Department of General Services accompanied by a filing fee pursuant to Section 17300.
