§ 17613

Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 718, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2001.

Section 17612 shall not apply to any agency signatory to a cooperative agreement with the State Department of Health Services pursuant to Section 116180 of the Health and Safety Code.
