§ 15345

Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.

Any qualified elector who is a resident of the territory of the school facilities improvement district may vote on the proposition of issuing bonds of the school facilities improvement district.
