§ 16268

Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.

The board shall notify a local agency when a preliminary approval of project has been given, and shall reserve from the appropriation made a sum in the amount of the approval given.
