§ 18132

Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1372, Sec. 164.

All funds transferred to a county library pursuant to this article shall be used by the county library only for:

(a)the acquisition of books and other materials as are adopted by the body authorized to adopt courses of study for the school districts which have entered into an agreement for the provision of school library services by the county library, and (b) the care and distribution of the books and other materials to schools which are eligible to receive school library services from the county library.
