§ 12033

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

The State Treasurer is designated as the custodian of all funds received by the state from the government of the United States, or of any agency or agencies thereof, under these federal acts and he is authorized to receive and provide for the custody of all moneys so received.
