§ 33547.5

Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 476, Sec. 1. (SB 1410) Effective January 1, 2025.

The commission shall, when the mathematics curriculum framework is next revised after January 1, 2025,

consider including that pupils in grade 8 be offered the opportunity to take an Algebra I or Mathematics I course that is aligned to the content standards adopted by the state board.
