§ 33803.5

Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 429, Sec. 4. (SB 48) Effective January 1, 2026.

The Office of Civil Rights shall employ the LGBTQ Discrimination Prevention Coordinator, who shall be appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate.
