§ 42832

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

The revolving fund, when established, shall be used for the purchase of stores to be placed in stock and may be used for the payment of costs of receiving, storing, and delivering stores. Purchases shall be made in the manner prescribed by law. Nothing contained in this article shall be construed as repealing any other provisions of law relating to school district funds.
