Added by Stats. 2006, Ch. 751, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2007.
With assistance from the school district or the chartering authority, or, where appropriate, with regional assistance provided under subdivision (j) of Section 52055.730, each funded school shall revise its plan adopted pursuant to Section 64001. The revised plan shall do all of the following:
(a)Include funds available pursuant to this article, including, but not limited to, the categorical funds described in subdivision (b) of Section 52055.750, unless expressly excluded under that section.
(b)Describe the manner in which the requirements of this act will be met.
(c)Focus on instructional improvement and improving instructional conditions.
