§ 56600

Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 492, Sec. 46. Effective January 1, 2003.

It is the intent of the Legislature to provide for ongoing comprehensive evaluation of special education programs authorized by this part and to support the purposes of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. Sec. 1400 et seq.), pursuant to subsection (d) of Section 1400 of Title 20 of the United States Code.
