§ 63001

Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 19, Sec. 119. (SB 78) Effective June 24, 2015.

A school district that, in a fiscal year, receives an apportionment for a program specified in Section 63000 shall use no less than 85 percent of that apportionment at schoolsites for direct services to pupils.
