§ 94145.5

Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 303, Sec. 141. (AB 731) Effective January 1, 2016.

A provision that the authority may include in a trust agreement or resolution providing for the issuance of bonds pursuant to this chapter may also be included in a bond and shall have the same effect.
