§ 94816

Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 497, Sec. 78. (SB 1526) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2027, pursuant to Section 94950.

“Applicant” means a person, as defined in Section 94855, who has submitted an application to the bureau for an approval to operate or for a renewal of an approval to operate. An approval to operate shall be issued only to an applicant.
