§ 67005

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

The funds received by the state under the provisions of the federal act shall be paid out by the State Treasurer on warrants drawn by the Controller and requisitioned by the California Postsecondary Education Commission in carrying out the purposes of the federal act.
