§ 69437.5

Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 403, Sec. 4. Effective September 12, 2000. Conditionally inoperative as prescribed in Section 69475 (if it becomes operative). Repealed conditionally pursuant to Section 69475 (if it becomes operative).

Cal Grant A and B awards shall be used only for the purposes set forth in Article 2 (commencing with Section 69434) and Article 3 (commencing with Section 69435), respectively.
