§ 89002

Amended (as added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 901, Sec. 5) by Stats. 1995, Ch. 758, Sec. 245. Effective January 1, 1996.

The campuses authorized in paragraphs (19), (21), and (22) of subdivision (a) of Section 89001 shall commence construction only upon resolution of the trustees, approved by the California Postsecondary Education Commission.

This section shall become operative on July 1, 1995.
