§ 92450

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

Nothing in this article or elsewhere in this chapter shall be construed directly or by implication to be in any way in derogation of, or in limitation of, powers conferred upon, or existing in, the regents by virtue of provisions of the Constitution or statutes of this state.
