§ 8042

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 148, Sec. 1. (AB 2577) Effective January 1, 2023.

The Secretary of State shall establish uniform filing forms for candidates to use when filing a declaration of candidacy pursuant to Section 8040 and nomination papers pursuant to Section 8041.
