§ 9080

Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.

The provisions of Sections 9084 to 9093, inclusive, are a restatement of, and shall be construed in conformity with, Sections 88001 to 88007, inclusive, of the Government Code.
