§ 1160

Added by Stats. 1975, 3rd Ex. Sess., Ch. 1.

The board is empowered, as provided in this chapter, to prevent any person from engaging in any unfair labor practice, as set forth in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 1153) of this part.
