§ 2920

Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 90.

Every employment is terminated by any of the following:

(a)Expiration of its appointed term.
(b)Extinction of its subject.
(c)Death of the employee.
(d)The employee’s legal incapacity to act as such.
