§ 6410.5

Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 116, Sec. 34.

The reports required by subdivision (a) of Section 6409, subdivision (a) of Section 6409.1, and Section 6413 shall contain, prominently stated, the statement set forth in Section 5401.7.
