§ 444

Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1028, Sec. 1. Effective September 29, 1992.

A jurisdiction that is a party to the joint powers agreement authorized by this article shall comply with Article 10.6 (commencing with Section 65580) of Chapter 3 of Division 1 of Title 7 of the Government Code.
