§ 20919.22

Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 753, Sec. 2. (AB 1431) Effective January 1, 2016. Repealed as of January 1, 2027, pursuant to Section 20919.33.

Provisions in this article only apply to school districts that choose to utilize job order contracting. A school district may utilize job order contracting, when permitted by this article, as an alternative to any contracting procedures that the school district is otherwise authorized or required by law to use.
