§ 3326

Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 798, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2005. Operative July 1, 2005, by Sec. 9 of Ch. 798.

The department is authorized to provide the necessary facilities, equipment, and personnel to operate a commissary at any institution under its jurisdiction for the sale of toilet articles, candy, gum, notions, and other sundries.
