§ 4301

Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 784, Sec. 569. Effective January 1, 2003.

There shall be 6, 9, or 12 members of the committee. One-third shall be appointed by the board of supervisors, one-third by the sheriff, and one-third by the presiding judge of the superior court. Of the members appointed by the presiding judge, one shall be a member of the State Bar.
