§ 7303

Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 409, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 54 at the November 4, 1986, election.

The 1986 Prison Construction Committee is hereby created. The committee shall consist of the Controller, the State Treasurer, and the Director of Finance. That committee shall be the “committee,” as that term is used in the State General Obligation Bond Law.

The Department of Corrections is the “board” for the purpose of the State General Obligation Bond Law and this chapter.
