§ 5076.3

Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 80, Sec. 19. (AB 145) Effective July 16, 2021.

The executive officer of the Board of Parole Hearings shall have the authority of a head of a department set forth in subdivision (e) of Section 11181 of the Government Code to issue subpoenas as provided in Article 2 (commencing with Section 11180) of Chapter 2 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. The board shall adopt regulations on the policies and guidelines for the issuance of

subpoenas.
