§ 14202

Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 434, Sec. 21. (SB 827) Effective January 1, 2022.

The Attorney General shall establish and maintain, upon appropriation of funds by the Legislature, the California Sex and Arson Registry to track and monitor offenders and their activities. The system shall provide local law enforcement agencies with investigative leads to assist in the resolution of violent crimes.
