§ 15003

Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 86, Sec. 242. (SB 1171) Effective January 1, 2017.

Peace officer memorial ceremonies, including the dedication of the memorial and any subsequent ceremonies, shall be conducted by the California Peace Officers’ Memorial Foundation, Inc.
