§ 2341

Repealed (in Sec. 6) and added by Stats. 2006, Ch. 491, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2007. Note: This section prescribes a delayed operative date (July 1, 2008) for Article 4, commencing with Section 2340.

This article shall become operative on July 1, 2008.
