§ 847

Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 854, Sec. 11. Effective September 24, 1996.

Regulations adopted to implement this article shall not be subject to the Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code).
