§ 2890.1

Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 931, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2001.

The commission shall, on or before July 1, 2001, adopt any additional rules it determines to be necessary to implement the billing safeguards of Section 2890, for the inclusion of noncommunications-related products and services in telephone bills.
