§ 100482

Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 381, Sec. 101. (AB 2196) Effective January 1, 2017.

The VTA may borrow money in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 (commencing with Section 53820), or of Article 7.6 (commencing with Section 53850) of Chapter 4 of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code.
