§ 103311

Amended by Stats. 2009, Ch. 140, Sec. 166. (AB 1164) Effective January 1, 2010.

The district shall have the power to obtain temporary transfers of funds in accordance with the last paragraph of Section 6 of Article XVI of the California Constitution.
