§ 105074

Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 341, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2003.

For purposes of entering into design-build contracts, the district is a “transit operator” within the meaning of Article 6.8 (commencing with Section 20209.5) of Chapter 1 of Part 3 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code.
