§ 28748

Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 923, Sec. 194. Effective January 1, 1995.

If a tie vote makes it impossible to determine which of two or more candidates has been elected, the existing board shall resolve the tie by lot and declare the results thereof as provided in Section 10551 of the Elections Code.
