(a)The district shall designate the area to be represented by each citizens’ advisory committee, with a separate area for any identifiable segment of a rail transit system and for any identifiable area in the district in which rail transportation is not currently contemplated.
(b)“Identifiable segment of a rail transit system” means an area of a communality of interest surrounding a station structure or structures and the lines between structures.
