§ 50007

Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 704, Sec. 12. Effective January 1, 1995.

For purposes of this part, “Stockton Metropolitan Area” means that area which was included within the boundaries of the Stockton Metropolitan Transit District, immediately prior to that district being expanded to include all of San Joaquin County.
