§ 12815.9

Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1098.

If the petition is found insufficient, no action shall be taken on it. However, the failure to secure sufficient signatures shall not preclude the later filing of a new petition to the same effect.

If the petition is found to be sufficient, the secretary shall certify the results of the signature examination to the board at its next regular meeting.
