§ 22230

Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 151.

At the first election the board of supervisors of each affected county and its clerk have the powers and duties vested in the legislative bodies of cities and their clerks by the general laws described in Section 22229. Thereafter the board of directors of the district and its secretary have these powers and duties.
