§ 3798.1

Amended by Stats. 1955, Ch. 379.

If in the judgment of the board of supervisors any property to be sold under this chapter would bring at auction less than the cost of publication in a newspaper, the publication may be made in the same manner as if there were no newspaper published in the county.
