§ 7715

Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 1053, Sec. 12. Effective January 1, 2001. Operative January 1, 2002, by Sec. 53 of Ch. 1053.

All payments received by the board from suppliers under this part shall be deposited by the board for the Controller in the State Treasury and appropriate advices of those payments shall be transmitted to the Controller by the board.
