§ 1595

Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 783, Sec. 15. (AB 1845) Effective January 1, 2013.

There is in the State Treasury a special fund known as the Employment Development Department Benefit Audit Fund. There shall be deposited in, or transferred to, this fund those sums as specified pursuant to Section 1375.1, except all interest collected shall be deposited in this fund.
