§ 1787

Enacted by Stats. 1953, Ch. 308.

The fees, commissions, and expenses incurred in connection with the levying and execution of a warrant are the obligation of the person or employing unit required to pay any amount under this division and may be collected from him by virtue of the warrant or in any other manner provided in this chapter for the collection of the tax.
